The Theta Xi Housing Corporation and undergraduate leadership at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology have developed a solid plan to address the long-term viability of the Theta Xi experience on the MIT campus. Through careful study, assessment, and planning, it has been determined that updates and maintenance to the chapter house are necessary, and the fraternity
ran a successful fraternity fundraising campaign to fund necessary improvements. Working with Baker/Wohl Architects, the Theta Xi Housing Corporation has developed a tactical approach to the future.
