The original house served the University of Montana’s Sigma Alpha Epsilon brothers for 75 years. Thanks to the wisdom, foresight, and leadership of alumni, the house underwent an extreme makeover in August 2007 after a robust capital campaign. Their vision will provide a quality facility to withstand another 75 years of fraternity life. Today, 1120 Gerald Avenue needs more improvements for Montana Beta to maintain its premier status on campus.
