Realizing that a full-scale renovation of their cherished and revered 95 year old chapter house was not cost effective, nor would it address the future needs of the chapter, the Ohio Delta Chapter of Phi Kappa Psi at The Ohio State University commenced a $4.5 million capital fundraising project for a new chapter home that maintained the architectural integrity of the current facility. The Ohio Delta Company engaged the professional services of Treanor Architects, college housing specialists, to develop the design of their new facility, as well as create a business model to provide financial guidance for the alumni leadership.
