The House Corporation and Richardson and Associates Architects developed an estimate for this project totaling approximately $3.3 million.
Existing House Renovation:

Repair, replace or upgrade existing outdated bathrooms and living space to becompetitive with newly constructed University residence halls and fraternity houses

Food Service Addition/Renovation:

Addition will include a commercial kitchen, pantry, walk-in refrigerator/freezer, anddishwasher area appropriate for the increased size of Chapter

Provide necessary food service amenities to compete with University diningservice

Dorm Room Addition:

Two story addition with 13 dorm rooms doubling the current capacity of the house
