Enlarged and upgraded academic and programming space to meet the educational needs of the undergraduate members

Reconfigured the second and third floor living units to suites with separate sleeping and study space, maximizing the amount of designated educational space for tax deductibility purposes

Upgraded the computer network throughout the Chapter House, adding a fully-equipped computer center on the main level

Installed new windows to improve heating and cooling efficiency and added a new fire alarm and security system to provide a safe living environment
