The Gamma Alpha Chapter initiated a campaign to increase its capacity and improve its academic and programming space to meet the educational needs of the undergraduate members.

  • Provided additional parking

  • Created private back yard/garden area

  • Expanded rear of the house

  • Expanded dining room facilities with occupancy over 120

  • Added informal living room

  • Added guest bedroom and bath with ADA compliance

  • Created kitchenette

  • Relocated and enlarged kitchen storage

  • Created informal entry to limit traffic through existing main entry

  • Modified and improved Housemother’s quarters

  • Added sleeping/study space

  • Added bathrooms and showers

  • Added fully-equipped computer center and library

  • Improved existing space for house archives and Chapter office
