A chapter with over 115 years of history, Nu Chapter needed a home that matched its strong sisterhood. Alumnae leadership developed a three-prong approach to renovate the existing chapter house and retain its competitive edge.
The $1 million project’s three phases included:
- One: Exterior Tuckpointing (Repairing mortar and brickwork, replacing windows)
- Two: Bathroom and Dining Room Renovation (Converting into a modern style, all new materials)
- Three: Attic Conversion (Gutting and redesigning to accommodate 37 live-in members)
