In 1991, a successful Beta Theta Pi fraternity capital campaign provided for a $2.8 million renovation of the Alpha Nu Usher Mansion at the University of Kansas. Ten years later, another campaign was initiated to provide financial stability, and an endowed maintenance and scholarship fund.
