Epsilon Chapter made the decision to rebuild the Alpha Xi Delta house. The Epsilon House Corporation and undergraduate leadership developed a solid plan to address the long-term viability of the Alpha Xi Delta experience at the University of South Dakota.
Successful sorority fundraising allowed them to reach the goals of the rebuild:

Increase capacity to 59 women

Chapter and dining space for up to 150 women

Large kitchen and prep area, modern appliances, and commercial
dishwasher

Housemother suite

Smaller kitchenette for night and weekend use

Increased closet and storage space

Fraternity heritage space for 113 years of scrapbooks and awards

Updated and expanded laundry facilities

Increased common space for live-out members
