The University of Alabama’s Alpha Tau Omega chapter house, Beta Delta, is more than 40 years old and has a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to return the house to its former glory as a premier location on University Boulevard. Ensuring the academic success of members and assisting the chapter in recruiting quality men is a top priority of alumni and undergraduates. The new facility is instrumental in achieving these goals by providing a living and learning center that serves as a proud symbol of Alpha Tau Omega’s vision of excellence. Beta Delta’s fraternity fundraising efforts helped make these improvements possible:
-
25,000 square foot living-learning center
-
Dining room with seating for 120
-
Redesigned main floor with expanded social and study spaces
-
Live-in capacity for 40 members
-
Iconic chapter room located on the top floor
-
Comprehensive fire suppression and smoke detection systems
